Die Parksituation ist leider ein graus, man muss sich sehr gut informieren, wie und wohin man fahren soll. Mein Zimmer (46) ist leider nicht zu empfehlen; seehr hellhörig, keinerlei Privatsphäre und ein Wecker (Reinigungskraft) der pünktlich um 0600 beginnt. Kein Safe, kein Telefon, WLAN schlechte Verbindung und das Badezimmer roch stark nach Chlor. Die Zimmer von meinen Begleitungen waren OK, aber auch da: in dem einen roch es nach Küche weil ein Rohr vor der Zimmertür die Luft nach drinnen katapultiert. Und in dem anderen hörte man die Fussgänger der Gässle sehr gut. Das Frühstück befindet sich nicht im gleichen Gebäude. Der Service, damit meine ich das Angebot, ist eher spärlich. Frühstück ist ok aber kein WOW-Effekt. Auf dem Zimmer hat es eine Flasche Sprudelwasser und finito. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich bemüht. Die Sauberkeit waren dafür TOPTOP! Da gibt es garnichts zu bemängeln, ich war selten in so einem sauberen Hotel!!!

Sehr Zentrale Lage. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Die Suite ist sehr schön und grosszügig leider hat es keine Minibar.

Die Lage beim Münster ist toll. Die Junior Suite bietet Platz, aber die Raumaufteilung ist nicht so toll, länglich, schmal. Die Ausicht war nicht gerade erbauend, aber das störte uns nicht. Das Haus selber ist ziemlich alt und verwinkelt. Das Bad war dafür sehr geräumig und gut, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Schöne Lage mitten im Zentrum. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Münsterplatz und das ist relativ laut früh morgens wenn die Marktstànde aufgestellt werden.

Sehr geehrter Gast, es tut uns sehr leid zu hören dass Ihnen Ihr Zimmer nicht gefallen hat. Wir haben wie in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben verschiedene Zimmerkategorien, einige davon zu kleinen Innenhöfen. Wie ebenfalls angegeben haben wir uns auch bisher nicht dazu durchringen können, unser historisches Gebäude mit Klimaanlagen auszustatten. Da Ihr Feedback anonym abgegeben ist, wissen wir leider nicht um welches Zimmer es sich konkret handelt. Gerne würden wir Sie bei einem möglichen zukünftigen Aufenthalt von der Qualität unseres Hauses überzeugen.
