Great hotel but a few problems
"Location, the hotel and staff were great however the first night, the temperature in the room was approx 26oC due to fault with the heating, so we had to sleep with the windows open. Reported to reception, but they couldn't do anything until maintenance came in the morning. The following day, there was no hot water for the shower and then this happened every morning until we left. Occasionally it came through, so we had to have a very quick shower."

"Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Very convenient for skiing and other outdoor activities in a beautiful area. Close walk to stores and restaurants."
