A bit dark outside the property, could do with better lighting as it is very dark and slightly intimidating.

This inn is the worst experience we've ever had with my sister. From the start, the keycard was not working well and we had to go down for replacement. It was fine but the fact that they insisted that it's working. They did not believe us. Maybe they're lazy to go up and check it. Then room was quite dirty ,cold though the heater was provided but it was not enough to make the room warm, the light was dim and the ambiance wise was too crippy. In addition, the room was good for two people but there was only 1 towel provided. No toiletries provided either but that was fine we have brought ours. Lastly that we hated the most staff didn't know how to knck the door. He just immediately opened the door and our privacy was not respected at all. We had so much expectations to european hotels but this is the worst ever! Hope you try to do something to improve your service and amenities.
