Wir waren nur eine Nacht vor Ort. Das hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Zugverbindungen sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Dusche mitten im Zimmer ist ein Highlight. Im großen und ganzen würde ich das hotel weiterempfehlen. PS: die Parkgebühren sind zu teuer meiner Meinung nach.

Ich war Bekannte in Kiwittsmoor besuchen. Ebenso wollte ich Hamburg etwas erkunden. Die Lage vom Hotel direkt neben der U/S Bahn war ideal. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

immer wieder sehr zufrieden

Pros: Zimmer Ausstattung Service usw.
Location: nähe Flughafen und SBahn Staion für uns perfekt gelegen
Ich war mit meinem Sohn für eine Uebernachtung in Hamburg und es hat uns wie schon div. Male zuvor sehr gut gefallen wunderschöne Zimmer wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und kommen gerne immer wieder.

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken. Dies ging 1 Stunde und sie wollten nochmals Geld von uns. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es auch nicht mal einen Drink. Darum kümmern wegen Probleme vom einchecken mussten wir uns selber. Sie konnte nicht mal selber bei eboocker anrufen. Die lage war sehr gut da man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt erreichte.

Pros: Very close to the railway station (2 minutes to walk).
Cons: The Internet (WLAN) in the hotel room didn't work during our whole week. Only in the lobby room or in the restaurant did we have Internet connection.
Nice hotel in a quite area (our hotel room 236 was inside, not the road side).
