The Best in Hamburg

Not only is the hotel beautiful and in a fantastic location. The sincere friendlyness and helpfulness of the entire staff at the Vier Jahreszeiten puts many other so called 5* Hotels to shame. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, again the staff extremely friendly and efficient. Dinner in the formal magnificent Grill Restaurant was delicious again with superb staff. I was pleasantly surprised at the rates charged for massages in the health club. Keep up the excellent work Thank you for a marvellous and lavish time

S.gute Lage eines Hotels gehobenen Standards

Pros: Lage, Qualität der Zi-Ausstattung
Cons: Hinweis auf nur in relativ wenigen Zimmern vorhandene Sicht auf die Alster und dass das Hotel schon mind. 25 Jahre nicht mehr renoviert wurde
Location: Direkt im Zenrum dh an der kleinen Alster, in Gehdistanz zu vornehmen Geschäften und Museen, Theater etc
Empfang von Concierge der zu überhöhtem Preis sonst nicht verfügbare Tickets für Elbphilharmonie offerierte, zweites oder drittes uns gezeigte Zimmer war geräumig und entsprach dem bezahlten 5-Sterne Standard. Aufgrund der Reklamation bezüglich störendem Benehmen von Room Service Personal und viel zu lang an der Receeption für uns abgegebenem und nicht übergebenem Briefumschlag wurde schweine-teures Frühstück an zwei von drei Tagen nicht verrechnet.

Optimale Lage, sehr zentral.

Pros: Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, schöne Räume.
Cons: Zimmer-Service. Ersetzen des gebrauchten Kaffeegeschirrs & Zubehörs.
Location: An der Binnenalster, Nähe Rathaus, Einkaufsgeschäfte, Restaurants ect.
Kurzaufenthalt 3 Tage. Konzert-Besuch in der Elbphilharmonie. Jede gewünschte Adresse zu Fuss oder im bereit stehenden Taxi erreichbar.
