Sehr gutes Hotel, den man auch in der Preis und Sterneklasse erwarten darf. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, aber das Bad war bei uns teilweise heruntergekommen. Die Farbe der Türe abgesplittert, die Toilettenspülung war kurz vor dem Exodus. Leider haben diese Dinge den guten ersten Eindruck getrübt.

Das Zimmer ist für einen kurzen Geschäftsaufenthalt und für Alleinreisende gut eingerichtet. Es war sauber und die Angestellten, die das Zimmer in Ordnung hielten, haben gut, freundlich und diskret gearbeitet. Mit ihnen war ich sehr zufrieden. Der Service im Frühstücksbereich sowie an der Reception war gut. Ganz schlecht war der Service an der Bar. Ich kam nach Schwierigkeiten mit meinem Flug um halb elf im Hotel an und an der Rezeption versicherte man mir, dass ich bis 23 Uhr an der Bar eine Kleinigkeit zu essen bestellen könne. Ich setzte mich also an die Bar. Der Barkeeper liess mich ohne ein einziges Wort genau 10 Minuten sitzen. Keine Begrüssung, kein..“ich komme gleich zu Ihnen“ etc. Er werkelte direkt vor mir und reagierte nicht auf meine Zeichen. Dann kam eine Kollegin und fragte mich, ob ich bestellt hätte. Ich verneinte und bat sie um eine Tomatensuppe und eine kleine Karaffe Rotwein. „Für die Suppe sind Sie zu spät“ Ich: „Es ist noch nicht elf und ich sitze hier schon seit 10 Min.“ Sie genervt: „ Ich schau mal nach“. Er: noch immer keine Reaktion. Nach einer längeren Zeit kam sie zurück, leicht genervt: „Ok, er macht noch Eine“. Nach längerer Zeit mit lauter Stimme sie: „Vorsicht, Sie schmeissen ja ihre Suppe runter!“ Ich: „Ich habe sie ja noch gar nicht bekommen“ sie: „Sie steht dort, hinter ihrem Rücken. Keine Ahnung, wer sie dahingestellt hat“ (auf meine Nachfrage). Die Suppe stand hinter meinem Rücken (ich sass leicht abgeschrägt) inmitten von Biergläsern....

Herausragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer. Lebhafte Hotellobby auch abends. Einziger Nachteil: A la carte Restaurant abends. Lahmer Service bei hohem Preis, und dazu noch schlecht gekocht (Fisch versalzen, Kartoffeln halb roh). Gibt aber genug Alternativen in der Nähe. Hotel an sich in jedem Fall eine sehr gute Wahl.

Der Service ist supergut, das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Alle Fragen werden beantwortet und alle sind sehr hilfsbereit. Toller Service, man kann sich Fahrräder leihen, das Hotel ist ruhig und sehr sauber. Zimmer sind geräumig. Einziges kleines Manko, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen im 4 Stock und derzeit die Bar ist wg Bauarbeiten nicht offen, dafür wird jedoch ein Service an die Tischgruppen im Foyer angeboten.
