Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, Lage gut, freundliches, sehr aufmerksames Personal, super feines Frühstück, Zimmer etc. sehr sauber.

Hotel liegt zentral und alle sind sehr freundlich. Zum Schluss des Tages hat es eine gute Bar unten wo man noch was trinken kann.

Wir hatten hatten wegen Umbuchungsmöglichkeit aufgrund Corona angefragt. Diese wurde vom Hotel noch am Tag, bevor die Stadt HH die Hotels zwangsweise geschlossen hatte, verweigert. Auch die Anfrage über Ebookers hat das Hotel abgelehnt, obgleich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nach Auskunft von Ebookers und den Berichten von Freunden und Arbeitskollegen fast alle anderen Hotels und sogar kleine Pensionen ihren Gästen aus Kulanz Umbuchungen oder kostenfreie Stornierungen ermöglichten. Die Hotelleistung konnte dann ohnehin nicht mehr erbracht werden, da Touristen nicht mehr aufgenommen werden durften. Auf unser Geld warten wir natürlich noch ...

sehr sauber..schönes Zimmer..einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Wasserregler im Bad ,mit nassen Händen schwer aufzudrehen.
