all good but 1 key flaw

Pros: clean, basic, staff are nie
Cons: as mentioned above, the doorbell shouldnt ring all phones
all are normally except there is no lift (we were on the 4th floor) and the worst bit is every floor has a phone in the corridor, in the evening when people (in my case a drunk), forget their keys (not manned 24 hrs per day), he or she would ring the bell downstairs and all phones on all floor will ring, this waked me up at least over 3 occasions when sleep is the key factor of any hotel room choices.

Dear Guest, thanks for your good reviews, we try to say that people should not drink in the room , but they went out and drunk, because people came to enjoy Hamburg, we do the best for all there and people feal relax to each in the room.
