Sehr Zentral gelegen

Pros: Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und hatte auch genügen Steckdosen für unser Equipment zu Laden.
Cons: Personal könnte beim Frühstücks Buffet könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Ein guten Morgen Gruss wirkt Wunder.
Location: Eine schöne Altstadt ist in der Nähe.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstücks Buffet. Leider hatte ich erst viel später bemerkt, dass wir den Parkplatz nochmals bezahlt hatten. In meiner Buchung hatte ich mit Parkplatz gebucht. Er wurde mir leider nochmals berechnet. Aber alles in allem war es ein kurzer aber schöner Aufenthalt.

near to the old part of heppenheim, parking space

Enttäuscht

Pros: Frühstück nicht top, aber ok.
Cons: WiFi sehr schwach Zimmer nicht geheit Badezimmer (Armuteren) alt und verkalkt.
Das Hotel ist am Rande der Einkaufspromenade, also relativ Zentral gelegen.

Empfehlenswert

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich; ich konnte das Zimmer nach telefonischer Anmeldung bereits um 13:30 Uhr beziehen, obwohl check-in eigentlich erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Das Superior-Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ich hatte ein etwas grösseres Zimmer erwartet und im Kühlschrank waren leider keine Getränke, aber ansonsten hat mir das schön renovierte Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch das grosszügige Parkhaus mit direkten Fahrstuhl ins Hotel.

Gute Lage!

Pros: Alles. Sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich.
Cons: Nein
Location: Zentral. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern.
Wir waren zum ersten mal an der Bergstraße und haben den guten Wein genossen. Ebenso die gute Gastronomie. Eine wunderschöne Altstadt.
