Sehr geehrter Gast! Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es Ihnen überhaupt nicht bei uns gefallen hat. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie anscheinend ein Zimmer zur Straße zuteilt bekommen haben - wir haben auch große, ruhige Zimmer. An einem Grand Prix Wochenende ist es natürlich schwierig, auf alle Gastwünsche einzugehen. Wir werden aber in Zukunft auch die Messepreise den verkauften Zimmerkategorien anpassen. Gegen die Hitze werden wir im kommenden Jahr nach und nach alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausstatten. Dieses Jahr konnten wir dies leider nur in unseren Veranstaltungsräumen umsetzen. Für das Fehlverhalten unserer Frühstücksfrau möchten wir uns in aller Form bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Sie haben in allen Punkten recht und wir haben auch schon entsprechende Konsequenzen gezogen, damit dies nie wieder passiert.
