Michael was a no show and did not stay with us at all and their rating/review needs removed. He lied to ebookers that we didn’t confirm when we did and verified confirmation. He lied that he called and spoke with us. He lied saying we told him room wasn’t available via phone when it was reserved for him only and we have other rooms available. Just blatant disrespect shown by this guy and he is mad with a one star rating
