Cadre agréable. Cuisine et salle à manger bien. Mais chambre minuscule pour 4 avec lits superposés et aucun rangement. Douches vraiment assez spartiates. On attend mieux dans cette gamme de prix.

L'accueil n'était pas très aimable. De plus nous avons eu un problème de wifi et bien que la réception aurait dû rester ouverte jusqu'à 21h, on m'a répondu à 20H30 que cela fermait puisque toute le monde était arrivé et que mon ordinateur était vieux (il a 2 ans! et je me suis connecté partout ailleurs). Il n'y avait pas de serviettes de toilette et cela n'était pas mentionné par e bookers, et sur les 3 douches, 2 étaient hors service. Enfin, on nous a volé de la nourriture dans le frigo alors que nous étions sortis pour revenir dans la matinée, et que nous n'étions que 4 dans cette partie de l'hôtel. Notre première mauvaise expérience en Islande.
