Your valuable feedback is very appreciated and please be assured that your insight about the lack of bathroom cleanliness has been dully noted by our Room Division for future improvement. We regret that the hotel location did not match with your expectation, but please be noted that we provide complimentary shuttle car to some places in Kuta area. Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
