Hübsches Hotel - servicefreie Zone

Pros: Die gesamte Hotelausstattung hat Charme und ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist das Reinigungspersonal. Parkplätze vor der Türe.
Cons: Verbesserung des Service! Es wird einem noch nicht einmal bei Ankunft angeboten, ob man Hilfe bei dem Gepäck benötigt. Meine Tochter lief an Krücken!?
Location: Das Hotel liegt direkt in Kemmern b. Bamberg. Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten sehr reduziert, da Hotel sehr abgelegen liegt. Auto ist ein absolutes Muss.
Das Hotel ist wirklich eine sehr nette und charmante Unterkunft außerhalb von Bamberg. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber - kein gehobener Standard, aber gut gepflegt. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist das hoteleigene Restaurant mit einer sehr guten Küche. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Den Frühstücksservice finden wir eher mangelhaft, da man die Servicekraft explizit darauf hinweisen mußte, leere Frühstücksplatten, Saft, Brötchen etc. aufzufüllen. Das müsste selbstverständlich sein. Bei drei Übernachtungen fiel uns sehr unangenehm auf, dass dieselben Wurstwaren vom Vortag wieder vorgesetzt wurden. Die Servicekraft, die eigentlich IM Frühstücksraum sein sollte, hielt sich an zwei von drei Frühstückstagen nur in der Küche auf und hielt dort lautstarken Smalltalk. Bei den Getränken erhält man lediglich Tee, Kaffee oder O-Saft, wenn denn letzterer noch aufgefüllt wird. Weitere Kaffee oder Milchgetränke nur gegen extra Bezahlung. Außer Rührei werden keine Eierspeisen angeboten. Mit Ausnahme des Reinigungspersonals und der Servicekraft abends im Restaurant fanden wir alle Mitarbeiterinnen eher unfreundlich. Die Rezeption war nie besetzt, es war mitunter ein mehrminütiges Klingeln notwendig, bis endlich jemand kam. Wollte mir vor Anreise meine Internetbuchung telefonisch bestätigen lassen und bekam von einer Mitarbeiterin die Antwort, ich sollte in den nächsten Tagen nochmal anrufen, sie würde sich mit den Internetbuchungen nicht auskennen?? Nicht sehr professionell.
