Thank you for your review. We are a guesthouse and not a hotel, and the Tourism Grading Council grades us every year. We have never claimed to be a hotel. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Free breakfast is served daily. WiFi is free in public spaces. An outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace, and a library are also featured at Knysna Manor House. An area shuttle within 70 km is available for a fee. Free self parking is available. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Victorian Knysna guest house.

Knysna Manor House offers 14 accommodations with coffee/tea makers and free toiletries. Each accommodation is individually furnished. Flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels.
