Nice hotel.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the Home hotel it was at times noisy ! We were on the ground floor and had quite a bit of traffic noise in the morning there was a lot of doors banging early. We had breakfast once in the hotel where we went down stairs to the basement for it anout 9.15 I wouldn't have breakfast there again as a lot of the food was dried out with a crust on the top of it. Breakfast is served until 11. That being said our room was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would stay there again but we would ask for a first floor room. Location of the hotel is good too with about a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Couples Trip

Lovely hotel located about 15mins walking distance to the main square.location was ideal as u could walk everywhere & only time we needed transport was to/from airport & to/from salt mines.there was a tram at the end of the street.Staff wer very nice & accommodating & helpful.we had our tours & transport booked in advance but if you didn't the hotel would have looked after this for you. We had night flight back but had to check out at 12 & no problem leaving your luggage with the hotel for the day. The only downside to the hotel was that there was no lobby or bar but saying that the mini bar was well stocked & there was a 24hr off licence about a 2mim walk from the hotel.

Best trip ever

This was one of the most enjoyable holidays I ever had,the hotel was beautiful and the staff were outstanding.

Interesting city trip

Nicely near city centre situated hotel. Design interior with religious decorations. Friendly staff, large, clean rooms, good breakfast and fast internet. Small gym with amongst other things one cross trainer and one bicycle trainer. No restaurant available for lunch or diner.

4 night break

Reception and porter staff VERY helpful, shame we could not say the same about the restaurant staff who just about said good morning. Room spacious but could do with better easy chairs instead of bean bags (difficulty getting out once in). Breakfast choice was excellent. Would use again as only a short walk to main square and Castle

Quirky but great

Odd religious inconography throughout hotel. Mostly very clean but some carpets still need cleaning/replacing. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Extensive breakfast buffet with fried eggs and bacon etc to order and all for a fiver. Great location within walking distance of Old Town, Market Square, Jewish Quarter and Wawel castle. Downside - no bar..

short break

the staff were excellent, helpful and polite, the wifi was intermittent, I was in room 8 on ground floor and could not pick it up, the reception area I could and sometimes in the garden. the room was clean, just a little bit on the small side, staying for 2 days was ok however any longer and that may be an issue, not much space to store clothes etc, the mini bar was great!!

Loved this hotel

Very handy for old town and castle. Friendly and efficient staff, good choice at breakfast. Stylish décor. Wifi useless in room at end of corridor but we sat in the hall or in the breakfast room for a better sugnal.
