Hotel is just a few hundred metres from the main square and easy to find from the main station (15 minutes walk) so location is brilliant. Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment work in reception but this did not effect our stay. Great selection of hot and cold food at breakfast. Room cleaned every day. Nice room for the price paid but had a small bathroom and a quite small shower cubicle. Only negative points are no safe in room to store your valuables and no tea/coffee kettle in room so unable to make a hot drink when returning after a long day out. Overall though great value for money.

Noisy

Pros: Staffand location
Cons: Not sure.matbe tell people to leave from front area as people on that side can hear them.
Location: Loved the location.wife is 69and 65 and we down do the square every night for a lovely romantic eve and had dinner and walked home. We walked to schin
I loved the hotel, friendly and very helpful staff it was just a bit noisy at night as the bar next ddoor was loud and people seem to be shouting out front all night, every night.

City break

Great location, clean and tidy room. Breakfast wasn't great but could eat something. Staff on reception helpful with booking tours and changing our reservation. Would go back, good base for exploring the city.

Have stayed before

Ive stayed here before, the hotel is central and really clean the staff are friendly and the property is great in general.

Fantastic trip

The Wyspianski Hotel is definitely a hotel I would recommend to anyone. It is first class and very central. The Staff were very helpful and friendly and were willing to answer any questions about the city. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I were to visit Krakow again

Located near city, room was big enough, staff was very pleasant and could speak english well. Breakfast was narrow, could be useful with a fridge in the room when staying longer.
