Grosse déception

Arrivés tardivement, donc sans possibilité de changement, notre mauvaise surprise a été de nous voir attribuer une chambre mansardée, avec un seul Vélux pour aération. Moquette du couloir dans un état déplorable, chambre sale décorée de multiples toiles d'araignées. Avec en prime crise d'allergie à la poussière et aux acariens. Le lendemain, le personnel présent était au courant de cela, nous indiquant l'avoir maintes fois signalé. Nous sommes partis sans prendre le déjeuner facturé 10 € par personne pour une piètre prestation.

il faut savoir le dire.....

Le personnel était discret et efficace. Les chambres propres : rien à redire. Je suis juste un peu surprise du "modernisme" de la salle de restauration mais peu importe, la propreté du buffet PDJ était très satisfaisante en sachant que nous sommes arrivés à la fin du service. Clients satisfaisants. Félicitations à votre équipe
