5/5 Excellent
"Despite being full to capacity restaurants, bar service was quick & pool & general areas did it feel crowded. Food choice was excellent & bar staff very nice "

"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). The food was great, a good selection for everyone even fussy eaters, we loved the pasta bar and pancakes. We arrived just before dinner finished and they rushed us in so we could eat before it closed, we left at 7pm and they allowed us to keep our all inclusive all day.
They have great excursions, definitely book the calypso lazy day cruise, only €55 for 6 hours on a boat with 4 swim stops in the bluest sea you’ve ever seen and lunch and fruit included. There’s a €10 transfer but it was fully booked so we got the bus just in front of the hotel for €1.80 each way, the timetable can change daily though so be sure to check.
Only negatives were that the cleaners (who do an amazing job! Even mopping the floors every other day) propped the door open while cleaning so there were a lot of bugs in the room, the bathroom just had a frosted shower door which didn’t block any sound so there was very little privacy and the emergency light by the door was really bright, it lit up the whole room and couldn’t be turned off. Overall totally worth it for a great holiday!"
"Everything was amazing. Food wise many options, you have to walk a bit to the beach but that’s fine for me.
Animation was good and hotel stuff very nice and always trying their best to satisfy the clients.
Everything was amazing until the fires reach us. "
