City centre hotel, good value for money

Pros: Warm, clean and very handy for city centre
Cons: Lighting was a little dim in the rooms. Tv needs some English channels
Location: Right in the city centre handy for walking the sights of the old and new parts of Lille. And only a few hundred yards from the huge Euralille shopping
Tidy hotel within easy walking reach of city centre. Hotel is a little bit tired but clean and comfortable. Our only gripe really was we were in an attic room and the ceiling was so high we had no window to look out of, even looking onto a wall or another building would have been better than no useable window. Room was quiet though and bed was comfortable, with the added benefit of the tiny kitchenette it would be ideal for a few days visit. we booked parking with the hotel which was handy although we have a large car and it wasn’t the easiest to manoeuvre into the small spaces or down the Miriam of one way streets to reach it.

Appart’hotel agréable si il y a de l’eau chaude

Chambre très spacieuse, kitchenette, joliment décorée, propre. Dommage que le mitigeur cassé m’a contrainte à une douche glacée le premier jour. Vu le coût de la chambre (justifié s’il y avait eu le confort attendu) c’est comment dire ... agaçant d’autant qu’il ne faut espérer aucun geste commercial : elle vous sera facturée plein tarif. Rien que pour cela je ne recommanderai pas. Petit déjeuner correct. Emplacement ok gare Lille Flandre et métro tous proches. Brasserie Napoleon juste à coté
