C'est un lieu très agréable à la décoration sobre et élégante. La literie et les équipements sont remarquables et le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours à l'écoute et prêt à satisfaire la moindre demande. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable et l'apéritif du soir (compris dans le prix de la chambre) très sympa. On y retournera!!!

Très sympathique séjour en plein cœur de Lille. Accueil et service parfait. Difficile de trouver des choses à redire. Des draps (propres mais) un peu froissés, un réapprovisionnement un peu lent lors du rush de 9h30 au petit déj, pas de quoi fouetter quiconque...

Ceux-ci nous permettront de nous perfectionner afin d'offrir à tous nos clients un séjour 4* sans aucun nuage. Les draps froissés sont faits d'un mélange de lin et de coton biologique.
