A pre-paid booking accepted made through your booking system. Yet they couldn't seem to even comprehend that the card would be perfectly accepted anywhere in Ireland. They didn't particularly want to accept cash either. This was only as a guarantee against breakage. Please remove them. I will be writing to ask for that pre-payment to be returned. In the end I had to go to a different hotel at higher cost. Not best pleasing when this type of VISA card is standard in the UK

Nice and clean hotel and good bar facilities. Woukd hsve preferred more hot food selrction at breakfast in morning.

Lovely comfortable hotel with everything you would want in the room. The staff were great and the good excellent. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Nice hotel in the city centre

Pros: The restaurant and bar were excellent and its staff were very friendly .
Cons: Reduce bar prices !
Location: Thomond Park
One bad experience : Our room was too close to the lift on the sixth floor and late at night there was a lot of noise. One unusual experience : Wanted to pay for the room in cash €109 and had to provide photographic identification in order to do so ??

Very Central & Excellent Italian Restaurant

Pros: Central location.
Cons: No leisure centre
Location: Plenty of Restaurants to choose from close by. Close to museums and city centre
Excellent location, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice bright room on the 7th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful.
