Hôtel au calme, bien équipé et à proximité du centre de Londres (à pied), il vous ait donc possible de visiter une grande partie du centre-ville sans utiliser les transports en commun. Par ailleurs, le personnel est très serviable et aimable puisqu'ils sont à votre écoute. Néanmoins, bien que le petit-déjeuner soit convenable, nous aurions aimé avoir un véritable "British breakfast" avec du salé comme du bacon, des œufs, ou encore des saucisses.

Clean bathroom. Ugly old carpet and the bed was too small for two adults: 120 cm wide, this information was not available on the webpage. The room was on the ground floor/basement, so no there was no view, and the safety deposit box was broken. No table or chairs to sit and the room was used to store a large children´s bed. Bring your adapter, they may not have any proper one for loan. Disappointing experience.
