Pleasant stay

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights on room only basis. Close proximity to the Sanctuary, room comfortable and on the whole OK. One staff member ws a bit grumpy. I suppose the language barrier did not help. Never the less a small smile would have been greatly appreciated. There was one staff member Yousoof( on the night shift) who was very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing like the photos!!

The hotel was supposed to have been completely renovated in 2010 but they have only decorated the reception, bar, & restaurant areas. All the rooms are very dated and all are in desperate need of new bathroom suites, as the shower heads are mounted at chest height and bathroom doors are plastic sliding type rather than a solid door, which can be annoying when sharing with a couple of other people.

Très agréable séjour de 2 jours en famille

Très bon séjour ! le personnel est très gentil et s'est plié en 4 pour s'adapter à ma petite fille handicapée.
