"My family and I stayed in the lovely cabin number 2.
It was a true Alaskan experience for us. The cabin has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room, a queen bedded room on the first floor. Shower toilet and sink, with thirty towels. It also has a loft with a double bed and twin, it is spacious. The Chilkoot Lake State Recreation is short drive up the street. Haines is only seven miles from the cabin. In Haines there is an IGA that has everything. If you're looking to view the night sky with out light pollution the cabin is the place to be. From the dining room table and the deck you have a beautiful view of the lake. We saw bald eagles and a seal. I would not hesitate to recommend these cabins."
