Quie, very pleasant hotel

Stayed in superior double room for 13 nights. Lot of nonsense expressed on some other reviews - wifi was perfect, beach was sandy not stony, elegant setting and international mix of guests (mainly from Northern Europe). Buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate (we always eat fruit) with cooked, pastries and fresh fruit all available. Need a car but San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Estepona all within a few miles. Would go again.

Pure Bliss!

The only way I can describe our arrival in this hotel is to say we'd arrived in Paradise! It was pure bliss from start to finish....we can't wait to go back! Our room was overlooking the golf course and the sea. There wasn't a sound to be heard on the corridor outside day or night which meant a great night's sleep! We had breakfast overlooking the sea and lunch in the restaurant by the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was very quiet at night so we chose to go out. The service was extremely efficient and I cannot fault it! Magic!

Fantastic summer getaway

Great hotel in exceptional location by the sea. Inside bar and sitting facilities good be improved. Also, gym is too small and not adequate for a hotel of this type.

Good Get-a-way

Great place for a relaxing get-a-way especially if you are only interested in staying on hotel grounds, as it is quite a way from the main road. Need a taxi to go into town, which is on 5-10 mins and between 8-13 euros (depending on your taxi driver). Our twin room was smaller than expected although not tiny. Room service was slow and food was cold when it got to us so we didn't use the service again. No information in room (other than menus) so we didn't know what was in the vicinity, eg restaurants or local shops etc. Breakfast was a good wide choice of hot + cold including champagne. It would be good to have some English-speaking channels on tv. All-in-all a good stay.

Great Hotel, but food is a big let down

Great Hotel right on the beach. Very nice grounds and quiet. If you stay here you will need a car or be prepared to take a lot of Taxis. Some shops and restaurants 10 minutes drive away otherwise you have to eat in the hotel restaurant which is very expensive and serves tinned food! The pool is great once you get used to it being a tad too cold! If you play golf then this is a fantastic location.

Relaxing

This hotel is overall a great place to go and relax. The only two points that could have been better is that the beds are not the best and there is an additional cost to go to the Spa.
