The apartment feels new and it has all the basic stuff you need in the kitchen. The washing machine is a huge plus! The neighbourhood seems pretty safe at least we didn't have any problems. Nearby is the 70 street full of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The only problem for us was the noise at times, since the rooms are not completely sound proof to the street (for example ventilation holes that cannot be closed and are open towards the street). It is good for the apartment and it smells always fresh but if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep in, consider if this is your choice since it is located close to an airport and you can hear the small planes coming and going starting 6am. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful on site (although they never answered my email before our arrival). All in all, if you are a good sleeper this is a great choice!
