While we were pleased that the overall comfort of our Graceland-influenced property impressed, it was disappointing to note that some of our published supplemental fees came as a surprise to you upon arrival. We try our very best to ensure that our prospective guests are fully informed on all of our policies and charges so an informed decision can be made before booking a stay with us. We regret if any charge took you by surprise and hope for a future opportunity to welcome you back and restore your full confidence in our standard of warm Southern hospitality.
The following facilities are closed seasonally every year. They will be closed from 01 October until 21 May:
The Guest House at Graceland offers its guests a fitness centre and a seasonal outdoor pool. There are 3 restaurants on site, along with a coffee shop/cafΘ. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite business centre. A terrace, tour or ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the business-friendly The Guest House at Graceland. A roundtrip airport shuttle is free (available at scheduled times). For a fee, parking is available. This 4-star Memphis hotel is smoke free.
