The hotel is well located in Sunny Isles, a pleasant neighbourhood especially for families. There is a handy valet parking available and multiple restaurants as well as grocery stores within walking distance. The Aventura Mall is just 15 mins drive away. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our top most floor room had spectacular views from the huge balcony and the room facilities were Hilton -quality, so nothing to complain about. The pool area was ok, plenty of chairs to choose from. The pool itself could be larger as it was sometimes a bit crowded. Also, the afternoons lack sunshine as the tall buildings block the sun. Next to the pool area there is a small gym which is ok but would benefit from extra equipment (eg yoga mats, barbell and plates). The gorgeous beach is just few minutes walk from the hotels pool area. It was easy to get towels and sun beds as well as beverages and food if needed. The restaurant and the lobby bar were classy. There’s only á la carte breakfast available so it might get a bit boring if you stay longer. The breakfast is served from 8-11, that might be a problem if leaving early. The breakfast room gets sometimes crowded and the only waitress in the shift is way overworked! But still the service was top notch. All in all, we had a great stay in this splendid hotel. Special thanks to all of the staff, especially to Max at the front desk!
