Unglaublich enttäuschend und nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Diverse Sachen wurden nicht so geliefert, wie beim Check-In versprochen. Sachen, die nicht funktionierten (wie bspw der Safe) wurden trotz dreimaliger Anfrage nicht repariert). Telrfonanrufe vom Zimmer an die Reception wiurden nie abgenommen (trotz mehrmaligem Versuch über mehrere Tage und 10-Minütigem Warten). Einfach wirklich ganz ganz schlechtes Management und definitiv nocht weiter zu empfehlen. Von Hilton hätte ich etwas anderes erwartet!
