Great apart-hotel close to beach and shopping area

Pros: the well-equipped studio, the rooftop terrace, the complimentary happy hour
Cons: some of the receptionists could be a little more responsive...
Location: the beach is one block away; shopping at Lincoln Arms Road a 5 min walk; Silvano's (authentic Italian restaurant) two blocks away
I stayed at Lincoln Arms Suites for 6 nights. Travelling on my own without a car, I had looked for a spacious, modern studio with a kitchenette, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants - Lincoln Arms Suites met all these criteria. Located one block away from Collins Avenue it was close to lots of restaurants and nightlife but nonetheless quiet. Apart from the studio I particularly liked the roof-top terrace, since I spent half the day there before heading to the beach and had it all for myself. Another gimmick was the complementary happy hour every night in two hotels nearby. Those who wish to hang out at a pool can also do so in these two hotels. On the way to the hotel I used the complimentary airport shuttle. On the way back, my flight left too early but since the express bus left one block away (30 min ride), it was really easy to get to the airpo

Empfehlenswert, sauber, tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne riesige Suite mit separatem Bad und einer kleinen Küche. Sehr sauber, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück gibt es keins, aber am Morgen gibt's Kaffee am Empfang. Die Lage ist sensationell, ein bisschen abseits vom Trubel, aber alles zu Fuss innert kürzester Zeit erreichbar. (Strand, Ocean Drive, Shopping an der Lincoln Road) Einen Parkplatz beim Hotel zu finden ist praktisch unmöglich, aber zwischen der Collins und Washington Ave gibt es ein öffentliches Parkhaus, 24h kosten hier nur 16$. Das ist zu Fuss etwa 5-10 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. In unserem Zimmer funktionierte der TV leider nicht. Ich habe es gemeldet, aber es hat sich niemand darum gekümmert. Es hat auch niemanden interessiert. Das war schade, aber das ist auch das einzige in diesem Hotel das ich zu bemängeln habe. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten!

Great time in Miami

When we arrived, we had to wait for check-in because there was only one person in front desk and there were people checking in. When we went to our room, we were amazed. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.

Séjour entre amis / 14nuits

Le personnel du Lincoln arms suites à été super avec nous durant tout notre séjour. Les chambres sont grandes, bien aménagées, propres et agréables. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation et la lumière qui passe facilement dans les chambres, mais vu le prix ce n'est qu'un petit détail. Tout proche de la plage, la piscine du Catalina est à un bloc sur le chemin de la plage et à notre disposition. Super vacances, Hôtel qui à rempli sa mission !

Awesome location, awesome room

The location is just about 400 meters from the beach, and even less from Lincoln Road. The room was quite large with kitchen. Soundproofing is very poor, you can hear every noise from the corridor and people walking upstairs. Other than that, very nice! I'd definitely stay again. Staff was nice and the rooftop terrace was great.

Lodging mitten im Art Deco-District

Das Haus strahlt diese Athmosphare beim Passieren des Gate bis in viele Details in der Wohnungseinrichtung aus. Auch eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Mit drei Gehminuten bis zum Strand ist die Lage ideal. Auch die Anbindung an Miami Downtown inkl. MIA ist bequem gewährleistet. Gratis Shuttle-Transfer vom Lincoln Arms Suites zu MIA und umgekehrt. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt zu einem mässigen Preis.
