the room was extremely hot

Pros: the room was extremely hot but all good other than that... difficult to sleep well due to temperature..
Cons: the room was extremely hot but all good other than that... temperature could not be adjusted in the room....maybe should be specified before bookin
Location: location was not extremely served.. but good connection via tube and tram to duomo

-Die Zimmer sind viel zu kalt..das Personal sagte,sie hätten "es"in Ordnung gebracht,aber es weiterhin weit unter 20 Grad..in der Nacht haben wir extrem gefroren..dabei hatten wir 2 Decken,Jogginghosen und Pullover an!!! -in der Nacht wird durch die Ventilation frische aber eisige Luft ins Zimmer geblasen,es wurde daraufhin immer kälter im Zimmer und die Ventilation war so laut,dass wir jedesmal aus dem Schlaf gerissen worden sind -a propos laut:unser Zimmer lag am Korrodor der zum Speiseraum führt..der Speisesaal befindet sich nämlich nicht wie sonst üblich im Parterre, sondern auf unserem 2.Stockwerk..ständig stampften Leute zum Essen und der Speiseraum war zwar durch eine schwere Tür abgeriegelt,aber die Tür war nicht geölt und sie schlug jedesmal,bei jedem Gast lautstark zu..so zwar so laut,dass man davon wach wird und nicht ausschlafen geschweige denn Entspannen kann. -die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe..sie sind komplett durchgelegen,2 riesengrosse Löcher in der Mitte der Matratze.ich habe 2Tage starke Rückenschmerzen behabt -in der kompletten schiebevorrichtung der Dusche ist Schimmel.sie ist komplett schwarz -das Badezimmer ist eisig kalt..10Grad,wenn es hoch kommt..unglaublich,dass das so hingenommen /angeboten wird -durch die Kälte und "frische"Luft die ständig in der Nacht ins Zimmer geblasen wird sind wir krank geworden..wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen.. Dieses Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe!!
