Hotel could be better

Pros: Not too much
Cons: Room for improvement
Location: The location suited me, but would not suit most people. Not too much nearby
Hotel seemed not to have much knowledge on how to run a hotel. Reception full of guests and no staff. Not enough lifts. The open plan style meant that the smells of the breakfast from floor 2 went up to every floor. Rather a limited choice to the breakfast buffet - glad I was only there one night
