Had a brilliant time on our long weekend. Staff were fantastic and the breakfast plentiful and varied. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The location is not to everyone's taste as it is in a grotty part of Naples but on the plus we walked to the metro each day which is cheap and gets you where you want to go from Naples city to Pompeii. It is literally 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.There is a fantastic local restaurant nearby and you are close to the airport. What's not to like. I would recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff, clean, location was at quiet place but public transport to city center was very close. Good feelings left from visit.

Das Hotel liegt abseits vom Rummel, was positiv ist. Das einzig negative sind die Taxipreise, die sehr uneinheitlich sind. Die Pauschalarangements auf Capri sind katastrophal.

gutes hotel. die lage ist schlecht.

Pros: sauberkeit, personal, ausstattung der zimmer
Cons: pläne der stadt frei zugänglich oder informationen über sehenswürdikeiten und wichtige knotenkunkte, die lage (kann natürlich nicht geändert werden),
Location: die lage ist für touristen nicht ideal. in der nähe kann lebensmittel eigekauft werden und eine pizzeria gibt es auch.
das Personal im hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. nur wenige sprechen englisch oder deutsch. was der vorteil der lage ist, dass man das wirkliche leben der napolitaner erlebt. niemand in der gegend spricht englisch. man ist gezwungen das wenige italienisch was man kann zu benutzen. hier wird das problem mit dem abfall sehr deutlich. abfall wird einfach auf den boden geworfen, die sammelstellen sind chronisch massiv überfüllt, in manchen ecken stinkt es gewaltig. schrottreife oder unfallautos weden einfach am strassenrand stehengelassen und sehen so aus als ob sie schon monate dort stehen. in der gasse zu dem hotel hat es mehrere fahrzeuge. ich würde leider kein zweites mal wieder in diesem hotel buchen, weil der weg zum zentrum einfach zu weit ist. zum hafen braucht man mindestens 30 minuten. das taxi ist viel zu teuer und schlecht auffindbar in dieser gegend. für touristen wie wir ist es wichtig schnell und zuverlässig zu einem punkt zu gelangen, ohne umwege machen zu müssen oder überteuerte verkehrsmittel zu benutzen. ich denke dieses hotel eignet sich eher für geschäftsreisende.

Hôtel propre et chambres confortables.

Pros: Le confort des chambres et le petit déjeuner
Cons: La relation clientèle. Le personnel ne parle pas du tout français et ne fait pas d'effort
Location: Quartier sale mais on ne se sent pas en insécurité
Cet hôtel n'est pas bien situé dans Nâples, loin du centre et dans une zone sale. Contraste avec l’hôtel qui est très propre, les chambres remarquables, et le petit déjeuner varié et extra. Dommage qu'il soit si loin du centre mais avec le métro on s'y rends sans problème en 15 minutes
