Comfortable City Centre Hotel

Pros: Central location; self-catering facilities.
Cons: Attention to detail; more generous provision of bathroom toiletries.
Right in the centre of the CBD, this is good quality accommodation. The room was comfortable and included self-catering facilities. With 4 Star accommodation you rightly expect overall standards to be good and they were. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail took the edge off an otherwise very positive experience. On arrival we made a cup of tea and discovered that there were only two milk sachets provided. We had to contact reception to get a couple more for our morning coffee. We used the self-catering facility to make a simple breakfast and found that the provided salt cellar was empty. There were insufficient bathroom toiletries provided for two people to take a daily shower and use them. It is a shame that we have these minor quibbles, because apart from these, it was a great place to stay.
