Great hotel except for the lifts 😞 too slow at busy times....

Hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minute walk to the Rockerfella Centre. Rooms are clean, beds comfy. The complimentary breakfast is a great added bonus.

The hotel is perfectly situated very near to Times Square and only one block away from a subway station. Fantastic staff & amenities! Hotel was spotless, facilities were great with the added bonus of complimentary breakfast. Location was not in Manhattan but the Metro station was two minutes walk away & only two stops to Manhattan. Would definitely recommend the hotel & can't wait to go back.

A part la localisation, tout était médiocre. Hôtel vétuste (scotch aux fenêtres quelquefois en plexiglas), frigo et clim très bruyants car trop vieux, chambre sur rue très bruyante. Hôtel à refaire entièrement. Personnel du jour très malaimable.

We loved the view from our room, the breakfast was good and it was in an ideal location. Room could have been a better standard, leaking sink, missing shower curtain, no water or ice on the floor despite being stated.

The art deco decor was fab. Rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were dated but were part of the charm of the hotel. Check in staff were pleasant but not overly friendly. Room cleaners were lovely.
