Disappointing!
We booked to stay at the Z Hotel for a few days of luxury after climbing Kilimanjaro. However it was not luxury and it is hugely overpriced. To be fair, it is a nice hotel with good staff but there are a lot of things that let it down. The main disappointment on arrival is how incredibly small the rooms are. Then we discovered the bed was broken, air con kept breaking down, main ceiling light wasn't working and the toilet stopped flushing on the last day. Housekeeping would have been aware of these issues but nothing was done about them before we arrived. The only issue that we reported was the air con because it was painfully hot. Management didn't seem to care. I should say that the food was excellent in all the restaurants and by far the best in the area. So full credit to the head chef and her team.

Wunderschönes Hotel direkt am Beach.Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Sehr schöne Pool.....Gutes Essen.Late Check-out hat nicht funktioniert trotz dass im Voraus versprochen worden, sonst war alles tip top.
