hübsches hotel, schlechter service

Bei meinem Aufenthalt ist einiges schief gelaufen. Das sollte bei einem so teuren Hotel nicht vorkommen.

Einer der schlechtesten Hotels in Bagan

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt die gute Bewertungen nicht. Die Preise im Restaurant sind überteuert (und geschmacklich schlecht) und dreckig. Man hat uns dreckiges Besteck und die Tischdecke vom Vorgänger gegeben. Angeblich haben wir ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen aber das war echt eine Zumutung. Alle 10 Minuten fielen Insekten von der Decke runter, die Bettdecke ist voller Flecken gewesen und die Matratze hatte Bettwanzen. Erst auf Androhung dass wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen wollten, hat man uns ein Upgrade gegeben. Und siehe da, das Zimmer war plötzlich bewohnbar. Es ist glaube ich einfach nur eine Glückssache, ob man ein gutes oder schlechtes Zimmer bekommt aber ich würde an Eurer Stelle die Bungalows vermeiden. (Das ist angeblich das tolle Upgrade)
