"We were looking for a unique stay near the redwoods and this was certainly it. The description was completely accurate as far as how remote it is, and what the amenities are. It is a shared community, bathrooms, kitchen, ect. There is no power in the tree house - It is over 20 miles away from any town. Up a dirt gravel windy road. You will have to park away from the tree house, and be prepared to walk on uphill ground.
We thought this stay was perfect for us, and what we were looking for. It was clean, beds were ready and it was exactly how it was described."
