Just across the way from the SNCF station. Bedroom was a good size with separate toilet and large shower room. There was a mark on the bedhead,which we cleaned bed with gel. Check out was not given upon arrival , however we did ask for a one hour extra which they kindly gave us due to our late arrival. For a breakfast @€15 per person, we would expect a larger selection for a buffet. No vegetarian options... Great to for an overnight or business stay and Orleans City Centre is very beautiful ! Thank you!

This isn’t a 4-star hotel though it claims to be. The building is charmingly old, well located and the staff are friendly but some key features of a four-star hotel were missing: the aircon in our room didn’t work properly, the breakfast room was tiny and breakfast quite bland with a limited selection of items which the personnel was slow to replenish. If you get a good offer on a room, why not but you would probably be happier spending your money on some other hotel.
