Das Hotel liegt mitten im belebten Viertel Latin und punktet vor allem mit seiner Lagezu Sehenswürdigkeiten (Marais, Notre Dame, Louvre). Der Zahn der Zeit nagt schon sehr am Hotel, weswegen es als günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit gesehen werden muss. Der Teppich im Zimmer ist heruntergekommen und Bad finden sich Schimmelspuren, weil es kein Fenster hat. Eine Renovierung ist dringend notwendig.
