Staff lovely, view from room great. Bathroom and shower not as clean as would have expected. Poor quality coffee & tea in room and milk out of date

Could do better

Check in was prompt and professional. Our room looked over the beautiful beach and appeared to be clean. However, when I got into bed that night I noticed that the sheets even though they'd been laundered had a number of stains. The next morning I noted that the shower was not as clean as it should have been. On a better note, we had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant.

Good location, and VERY GOOD View

Overall had a great experience. The only issue was the water drainage from the shower. It was not good. Would definitely visit there again.

Decent hotel

The hotel is in a great location. My problem was when we had a shower the water took forever to drain. I did find out it was not just ourselves but other guest experienced the same problem. Staff on the other hand were friendly

Idealer Nightstop auf Durchreise

Idealer Stopp am Anfang unserer Reise über die Garden-Route ans Cap. Waren mit den Leistungen (Hotellage, Zimmer, Freundlichkeit des Personals) sehr zufrieden. Können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
