We have stayed before and had a very good experience. This visit was as good if not better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were happy to arrange for flowers and champagne to be put in one of the rooms ready for the guests' arrival. Overall an excellent stay.

Nice hotel - little bit dated in parts but overall a good stay and comfortable bed. Not many amenities so if you’re looking for more then I’d go elsewhere but if you just want a nice place to sleep and near the town then this is perfect.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Staff, cleanliness,
Cons: The Restaurant did not re open until 8.30 in the evening, a bit too late for us to eat, it was much the same everywhere though.
Location: Very central, next to Cathedral, shops, beside the sea, great location
Would definitely recommend this hotel, friendly staff, great restaurant, the hotel is also used by the locals, very clean, wee will be back to this lovely City

Comfort & Great Location

Located in heart of Santander with shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants only a short walk away. Met all the expectations and probably among the best hotels in Santander (quality and price).

enjoyable short break

Classical spanish feel to the hotel - staff very good and waiters and bar staff excellent. Food also very good and very good value. Location suited us as it seemed to be close to everything we needed and was easy to get to town or beaches. A first class stay which we really enjoyed.
