Centre of Santiago

Pros: Central location, friendliness of staff, great room design.
Cons: The continental breakfast could be varied occasionally. Our booking form said there would be tea/coffee making facilities but these were absent.
Location: Centrally located and all the famous sites were within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Hundreds of bars and restaurants close by.
The hotel was in the very centre of Santiago and a minutes walk from the Cathedral and square, and with at least 150 bars and restaurants close by. The hotel staff were all fantastic, our room (No.102) overlooked the Square, and we would certainly recommend it to friends and plan to return next year. Apparently this was one of the nicest rooms in the hotel - spacious and with a minimalist design. The central location meant that it was noisy at night, but the windows and shutters blocked out most of the noise and and air conditioning was excellent.If you want to be at the very heart of the city this is the hotel for you. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and we plan to return in 2018.
