Obwohl an der Reception geschrieben war dass sie deutsch sprechen, so war es leider nicht so. Zum Glück konnten wir uns auch mit französisch und englisch verständigen. Eigentlich haben wir das Hotel wegen der Nähe der Strassenbahn ausgesucht, leider fuhr diese wegen Bauarbeiten nicht und da es mit Bus und Strassenbahn bis ins Zentrum von Strassburg kompliziert wurde haben wir schlussendlich das Auto genommen. In der ersten Nacht ging bei uns der Feueralarm um 5:30 los, nachdem festgestellt wurde dass es ein Fehler war, haben wir nochmals geschlafen, um 8:00 klopfte jemand 1x an die Türe und kam gleich rein obwohl wir zusätzlich geschlossen hatten. Dies war nicht sehr erfreulich. Morgens war das Frühstücksbüffet eine Stunde vor Ende bereits leergeräumt und das auffüllen liess zu wünschen übrig. Teilweise wurde nochmals aufgefüllt aber zum Teil auch nicht! Mit dem Zimmer waren wir auch nicht zufrieden. Wir haben das invaliedenzimmer erhalten mit einem 1.40m Bett auf Rädern! Die Lage war gut aber für einen erneuten Besuch würde ich ein anderes Hotel wählen

HelloThank you for taking the time to leave us a review.The majority of our reception staff speak German and all of our reception and catering staff speak at least English.I am reassured to read that you were able to communicate in English.Regarding the fire alarm, we are sincerely sorry that you had this experience beyond our control. We have displayed and informed all customers of the importance of respecting non-smoking rooms, but some still allow themselves to try. As a safety measure and depending on the intensity of the smoke, the alarm goes off and we have the obligation to evacuate and raise doubts.The buffet breakfast is reloaded regularly until 9:30 a.m., however, we leave the room open until 10 a.m.We pass on your comments to the teams for the sake of improvement and hope to be able to welcome you again to fully satisfy you.Have a nice day

Passé une nuit dans l hotel. Chambre propre. Lot un peu trop dur pour nous. Nous n avons pas pris le petit dej.

Bonne adresse.

Pros: La gentillesse des gens de la réception.
Cons: Offrir au moins une bouteille d'eau.
Location: RAS.
Proximité d'une ligne de tram qui vous emmène directement dans le centre de Strasbourg.

Gutes Hotel im Vorort von Straßburg

Gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisende und Sightseeing Touristen. Frühstückbuffet war gut. Für Sightseeing Touristen ist die Straßenbahn Haltestelle vor dem Hotel ideal.

Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros: die freundliche Art des Personals
Cons: alles oK
Der Besuch der Fasnachtsveranstaltung in Schiltigheim am Samstag und die Mitwirkung beim Umzug am Sonntag veranlasste mich, nach einer Empfehlung eines Freundes, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Werde 2018 wieder anwesend sein.
