Wir wollten eine Stornierung da wir momentan nicht über die Grenzen fahren können und das Personal meinte nur die können nichts machen obwohl es stehte das es Stornierbar ist beim reservieren vom Zimmer

Das Hotel ist neu und soweit OK. Das King Size Bett sind jedoch 2 Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Hatte permanent einen grossen Spalt in der Mitte da es auf Räder ist. Wurde trotz Info an der Rezeption nicht geändert, sowie die Seife war 2 Tage leer.
