Das ursprünglich gebuchte Familienzimmer war für den Preis eine Zumutung. Bekamen dann gegen einen hohen Aufpreis bessere Zimmer. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert.

Excellent séjour de 3 semaines dans ce très bel hôtel plage magnifique situation de l'hôtel excellente personnel très souriant et d'une grande gentillesse.Petit déjeuner fabuleux,bref tout pour réussir d'excellentes vacances.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht!

The centara seaview is much less than it likes to be. They have very friendly staff, nice but not phantastic pools with one boring slide. We booked a deluxe room, backside area. It was big enough for two adults and a child. The room was very clean but had some disadvantages. The fridge roars like a tuktuk (all night long), the balcony door does not close right, a big welcome for the mosquitos and at last the aircon isn't quiet at all. The biggest negative point are the prices for beverages, food and icecream inside the resort. They charge that much, that they have almost no guests in the restaurants, sport- and poolbars. The listed expensive prices are topped with VAT and service fee. Remember, they call themselve "Resort". It feels like we were squeezed like lemons! The greatest insolence is the kidsclub. One rainy morning we went there to play and tinker with our sweetheart. They have nice little plaster figures to paint on, the figures size is about one smartphone. And guess what: they charged us 250 THB for that! Hey, it's a kidsclub, which is usually for free! To Centara Management: It is by far not enough to have a friendly staff. As a guest we felt more like a hunted moneytarget than a welcome traveller. If you lower you prices to the level of the surrounding shops and stores you will gain customer satisfaction, raise your turnover and finally make more profit. To come to an end, there is much to improve. Unfortunately no one ask at checkout if we had a pleasant stay. We never come back.

Paras sijainti ja ihana henkilökunta

Vaikka hotelli on suuri ja se oli aivan täynnä, ei missään tuntunut ruuhkaiselta. Aamiainen oli runsas ja rauhallinen, aurinkotuoleja löytyi aina, vaikka tuli rannalle/altaille myöhemminkin jne. Mahtava sijainti kaiken keskellä, mutta pienen sivukadun päässä rannalla. Hieno, tunnelmaltaan ylellinen hotelli. Me yövyimme pool villassa rannan tuntumassa ja se vastasi odotuksia. Hintataso hotellin ravintoloissa oli ainoa iso miinus, mekin kävimme muissa rantaravintoloissa ja rantahieronnoissa, koska oman hotellin palvelut olivat ylihinnoitettuja, kallimmaat kuin muualla. Samoin näytti tekevän suurin osa asukkaista. Hotellille tulisi huomattavasti suurempi tuotto kun laskisivat hintoja, jolloin bahtit eivät pakenisi naapuriravintoloihin ja kauppiohin.

Super Hotel, auch für Alleinreisende

Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen. Als allein reisende Frau fühlte ich mich absolut sicher und willkommen. Es wird einem sehr viel geboten, man ist eingebunden im Resort und trotzdem absolut frei.

Kinderfreundlich

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Shops und Restaurants, aber trotzdem ruhig. Grosse kinderfreundliche Pools und schöner Strand. Viel Bäume und Palmen im ganzen Resort. Sehr freundliches Personal (aber nur wenige Angestellte können ein wenig englisch sprechen). Einziger negativer Punkt: das WI-FI-System funktioniert sehr schlecht.

Nicht für Leute die gerne Ruhe haben!

Wenn Sie in Ruhe schlafen möchten meiden Sie dieses Hotel. Während der ganzen Nacht kommen und gehen Chinesische Reisegruppen und machen einen unvorstellbaren Lärm. Sie kommen zu dutzenden und die die Nachruhe ist ihnen egal. Auf den Balkonen und vor den Türen reden sie Lautstark, auch über mehrere Stockwerke. Dem Hotelmanager ist es egal. Überhaupt wird man an der Reception nicht wie ein Gast sondern wie ein notwendiges Übel behandelt. Überall im Hotel wurde Gebaut. Das Spa und die Restaurants waren im Umbau und konnten nicht benützt werden.

niet on aardig

in mijn periode voornamelijk stelletjes met kleine kinderen omdat een fins reis buro hier veel promotie mee maakt.er zijn dan de gehele dag activiteiten voor de kids. de 4 sterren verdienen ze niet omdat er ook dagen bij waren dat de raffels en gaten aan de hand doeken zaten en het tegel werk in de badkamer is om te lachen, ook de schimmel op de kit van het ligbad hoort niet zo te zijn , daarom is de prijs wel een beetje aan de hoge kant, uitschieter zijn de enorme zwembaden, waarvan de randen ook wel schoner mogen zijn.
