Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Das Hotel hat seinen Namen verdient. Personal sehr bemüht und freundlich 😊.

Nice view but hotel is not so nice condition.

Hotel stuff cant speak english very well. Rooms are not so good condition. Facilities are litlle broken. Sewage wasnt working and all water came from wc to room floor and so on.No tv or air condition. Had to borrow drinking and tooth brush cups. But great view to etna and clean place. Hotel stuff is very helpfull.
