Absolute Frechheit!

Die Lage ist gut, die Bar ist nicht so laut wie behauptet. Mein Aufenthalt verlief jedoch nicht sehr angenehm. Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Bad, es wurde einfach eins ohne Bad genommen. Gut, da wollte man noch mit dem Manager sprechen ob ein Frühstück zur Entschädigung rausspringt. Die Betten wackeln leider ungemein. Und ich hatte auch Angst das es umkippt. Zum Fenster kamen Night Bugs rein. Es wurden immer mehr. Platz war nicht verfügbar im Zimmer und auch auf der Dachterasse wo Barbecue durchgestrichen war, die Küche war auch voll und durch die Menschenmenge nicht sauber. Das beste kommt aber noch, ich wollte dort nicht bleiben, klar Zimmer bleibt bezahlt aber die 20 NZ$/Person(!) Deposit für Schlüsselverlust wollte man uns nicht wiedergeben und hat was von Early Checkout Fee behauptet. (Abends 2h nach dem einchecken???) einfach dreist!! Kundenorientierung 0 Man hat noch nicht mal gefragt was das Problem ist, das interessiert die auch nicht. Die haben genug andere Kunden. Ich empfehle besser was anderes buchen
