Staging post for Chichen Itza

The facilities were of a good average standard for this class of hotel and the staff were polite and helpful. The swimming pool very welcome after our drive from the airport.

Hotel was adequate for one night to view the ruins close by. Was clean and functionable with friendly staff. Not much else to do in the neighbourhood.

Hotel is located Directly at the main street. Although I asked for a quiet room in advance via email, we got a noisy room facing the street and next to construction works. Also the hotel was probably not even half occupied. We could Hardly sleep at night and could not enjoy our stay there. In the bathroom there was a mouldy smell. Also the wifi in our room was not stable, sometimes it did not work. Positive was the earlier check-in and the parking space next to the hotel. We would not stay there again.

Hôtel situé à quelques kilomètres de Chichen Itza. Bel hôtel avec une piscine agréable. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Attention au personnel. On a surpris un bagagiste qui montait nos valises et sacs en train de fouiller dans un sac à dos alors qu'on venait d'arriver !

Das Hotel ist für einen Ausflug nach Chichen Itza sehr zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Gegen geringen Aufpreis (~100 Pesos) kann gefrühstückt werden und abends kann a la Carte gegessen werden. Die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch aber sehr sauber.

Tout etait super, le cadre ,le confort de la chambre sde b etc Agreable jardin avec la piscine etc Personnel tres serviable et une patronne adorable , le tout nous donnait envie d’y sejourner plus longtemps .
